Wade Kramm Sat Nov 20th

F.I.N.E. Artist Wade Kramm will be in installing a sculpture in the Curiosity Lab on Saturday, November 20 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.  Stop in to see his work with light and shadows, then meet Wade to ask him questions about whatever your curious about.

Wade Kramm’s artwork is about seeing. Sometimes the artwork he makes causes us to see things that are not really there and other times to see things that are there, but are nearly invisible or barely noticeable. Shadows, the reflections in glass and water and even the empty air around us are things that Wade likes to think about. Through sculpture, photography and installation his work will attempt to open up our eyes to the invisible and nearly invisible in the world around us. Wade received his MFA in sculpture from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2000 and has been residing in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania since 2008.
